- Introduction Welcome to Yoga Bloke Web Design. We provide website design services. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.
- Services We offer the following services, which are provided based on the details specified by you to us:
- Website Design: Creation of a new website or redesign of an existing site; and
- Maintenance: Ongoing updates and troubleshooting of your website.

- In some cases we require a deposit before commencing on your project. We will agree that with you before commencing work.
- Final payment is due upon completion of the project, before the live site goes public.
- Methods of Payment: We accept bank transfers and major credit cards.

- Your Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing all necessary content for your website (text, images, ideas etc.) in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in delays. You are also responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to use any content you provide to us.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content specifically created for you. You must ensure that any provided third-party content is legally permissible for use, and you assume responsibility for any third-party claims.
- Revisions and Approvals: We allow up to three revisions of the design without additional charge. Further revisions might be subject to additional fees. Approval of the final design must be provided in writing.
- Liability: We are not liable for any losses or damages caused by the use of the website. We provide 30 days of post-launch support to address any technical issues; beyond that, maintenance services may be contracted with us.
- Modifications to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website and your continued use of our services will constitute agreement to the modified terms.
