Which package is right for you

I have created three straightforward website packages to make it easier to understand what you’re getting and choose the option that best suits your needs and budget. If you’re unsure, get in touch and we can work it out together.

Starter

Yoga Bole Web Design - new website starter package

A straight forward website for modest needs:

The Starter package suits individuals and small projects that need a professional online presence without a lot of content. It could work well for a personal website, holiday home, community project or a small service that simply needs to explain what it offers and provide contact details.

A typical Starter website might include:

  • Home

  • About or property information

  • Contact

Business

Yoga Bloke Web Design - new website business package

More space to explain what your business offers

The Business package is for small businesses and organisations that want to present their work clearly and build confidence with potential customers. It gives you room for services, testimonials, examples of your work and more information about your business.

A typical Business website pages might include: Home,Contact, About, Testimonials, Examples or case studies

ECommerce

Yoga Bloke Web Design - new website ecommerce package

For selling products, services or bookings online

The Ecommerce package is for businesses that want customers to do more than read and make contact. Your website could sell products, accept service bookings, take payments or combine several of these features.

The exact page structure will depend on what you are selling and how customers need to use the website.

How We Will Create Your Website

You don’t need to understand website technology or arrive with everything worked out. I’ll guide you through the process and keep each step clear and manageable 1. Choose your package Start by choosing the package that seems closest to what you need. If you’re unsure, get in touch and tell me a little about your plans. I’ll help you choose the most suitable option. 2. Choose your web address If you don’t already have a domain name, I’ll help you find one that suits your business and check whether it is available. Your domain becomes the address people use to find your website online.  3. Tell me about your website I’ll send you a straightforward questionnaire covering your business, your customers and what you want the website to do. It will also ask about your preferred style, pages, words and images. 4. I create the first draft Using the information you provide, I’ll create the first version of your website. This will bring together the page structure, design, colours, images and initial content so you can see how everything works as a whole. 5. You review it You’ll have time to explore the draft and tell me what you like and what you would like changed. I’ll make the agreed changes and add any further information needed to complete the website. 6. I finalise and test everything Once you’re happy with the overall direction, I’ll complete the design and carry out the final checks. This includes testing the main functions, links and forms, as well as checking how the website works on mobile phones, tablets and desktop computers. 7. You pay when you’re happy You pay my website design fee once the final website is ready (I don't ask for a deposit). If you aren’t happy with the final design and decide not to continue, you can cancel and owe me nothing. No fuss. That’s my guarantee to you. 8. Your website goes live Once everything has been checked and payment has been made, I’ll connect your domain and publish the website. I’ll provide the access details and practical guidance you need to manage the website yourself. If you need more help later, I’ll still be available.

Support after Completion

Once your website is complete, I’ll hand it over to you and provide the guidance you need to manage it yourself. This can include updating text and images, adding content or pages, and keeping the basic SEO information up to date.

You’ll also have 30 days of free support after handover. During that time, you can contact me with questions, ask for help or request small changes. This gives you time to live with the website and think about anything you might want adjusted, without feeling that everything has to be final on launch day.

After the first 30 days, I’ll still be available whenever you need me. Small jobs can be charged in 15-minute blocks, so you only pay for the time required. For more substantial work, such as adding a new page or feature, we can discuss what is involved and agree on a firm price before I begin.

The website is yours to manage, but help is always available when you need it.

Are there other costs?

Other than my costs to build your site, you will need to get a domain name - your website’s address, such as yourbusiness.co.nz and hosting - the service that keeps your website online and available to visitors

Domain name fees (typically around $40 yearly) and hosting charges (from around $24 per month) are separate from my one-off design fee and are usually paid directly to the relevant provider each year. There may be options to get these for free, however like anything that's free there are drawbacks. I’ll explain the options and costs before you commit to anything.

Drop me a line . . .

Tell me a little about your business or organisation and what you’d like your website to do. You might have a clear picture in mind, a few ideas to explore, or simply know it’s time for a change.

You don’t need to have everything worked out. There’s no need to choose a package or have your words and images ready before getting in touch. If you already have another website, include the address so I can take a look.

I’ll get back to you personally to talk through your needs, answer your questions and suggest a suitable starting point. Before you decide to go ahead, you will know what’s included, what it will cost and what happens next.

Use the form to start a conversation.
